Return Policy and Process

Once an order has been made and confirmed, returning the vehicle or product is not applicable under any circumstances. We encourage all clients to thoroughly review their order before final confirmation.

Refund and Dispute Policy

Refunds are only applicable if the order has not yet been confirmed. Once the order is confirmed, no refunds will be processed. Any disputes regarding this policy must be addressed before confirmation to be eligible for review.

Cancelation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order as all sales are final.

Legal or Export Restrictions

Per Iraqi law, vehicles older than 3 years are not eligible for export to Iraq. We comply with all legal export restrictions, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle meets the necessary legal requirements for import into Iraq.

Terms and Conditions of Promotions

Promotions are subject to the specific terms outlined at the time of the offer. Any discounts, offers, or special deals cannot be combined with other promotions and are only applicable within the specified promotional period. Terms are non-negotiable and may change without prior notice.
